RETURN POLICY
We do not offer refunds; exchanges are given in the form of online and in-store credit ONLY. We do not include shipping. You are responsible for your own shipping costs.
Returns must be sent back within 5 delivery days of receiving your order to:

- Item(s) must be unused and have original box or tags attached.
- Items must be free of stains, watermark and odor.
- All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. - If your return is not clear, your return may experience issues in processing.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- Damaged or incorrect item(s) must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Email: info@dollupatl.com with your order number and contact information.
- Returned-to- Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit minus initial shipping charges.
We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our systems.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time.
Lip Glosses are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.
SHIPPING POLICY
WE DO NOT CANCEL OR EDIT ORDERS. Once your order is placed it is FINAL. Out team work hard to get your orders out ASAP, for this reason we cannot accommodate those options.
Shipping time frame is 2 to 4 business days.
If we believe your purchase was fraud and/or your billing and shipping address does not match your card info, we may cancel/refund the money without any notice.
Tracking info will be provided once your order has been shipped. Note that customer orders may take longer as well. We ship Standard Shipping 2 to 4 days through USPS.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are also not responsible for delays caused by carrier services.
Expedited processing time available for $20 if you prefer this option, please email us and we can send an invoice. Item availability subject to affect this option.
Please allow an extra 3 to 5 days around the Holidays.
BY BOOKING ONLINE, YOU AGREE TO OUR POLICIES BELOW:
NO SHOW:
A "No- Show" is a client who does not show up to their scheduled appointment without cancelling. Failure to be present at your scheduled appointment time without notice, will be recorded in each client's chart as a "No- Show", and will be discharged from booking in the future.
DEPOSITS
A deposit is used to secure your appointment spot at time of booking. This amount will go toward to your appointment total. All deposits are non-refundable and subject to be non-transferable.
LATE POLICY:
We will always try our best to accommodate you if you're running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we know! Clients will generally be allowed a 15-minute grace period. If you are 15 mins late or more your appointment will be cancelled. Please be aware of our cancellation policy regarding No-Shows, Late-Shows, and same day cancellations.
CANCELING YOUR APPOINTMENT:
In order to be respectful of the other clients and to avoid cancellation fees, we require that you provide notice of your cancellation a minimum of 24- hours in advance from your scheduled appointment time. If you are to cancel/ reschedule less than 24-hours from the appointment this will be considered a last minute cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited. Last minute cancellations/ reschedules will be charged a fee of $50. If you need to reschedule you are able to up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time via email, (info@dolldupatl.com), or call 404-446-2610. After 24 hours we can no longer reschedule you.
NO EXTRA GUEST PLEASE:
We believe every client deserves their own privacy and experience during an appointment. Please arrive at your scheduled time of your appointment, we have a strict no extra guest policy.
