Return Policy for Hair Bundles and Lip Gloss Products

At Doll'd Up Atl, Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return policy:

Hair Bundles:

• All sales are final on hair bundles. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair products that have been altered, opened, or used in any way. 
• If your hair bundles arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24-hours of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit upon verification of the issue.

Lip Gloss Products:

• Due to hygiene concerns, lip glosses are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged if opened or used.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24-hours of delivery. We will issue a replacement or store credit after reviewing your claim.

Yes, we recommend making an appointment in advance to ensure availability. You can do so by calling us at 404-446-2610 or booking online. Walk-ins are welcome if there's availability.

Appointments: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. All deposits are nonrefundable. 

Rescheduling and Cancellations: If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. The deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.

No-Show and Late Cancellations: Appointment canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
